Guests & Booking \* Guests must be 25+ years of age to book \* All guests 18+ must be added to the reservation; guests of any age must be disclosed prior to arrival \* Parties are not permitted \* Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy for the unit booked. 2\. Quiet Hours & Noise \* Please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. \* Some noise transfer is natural in our mid-century home with wood floors; complimentary earplugs and white noise machines are provided for your comfort. 2\. Smoking & Vaping \* Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. This includes tobacco, marijuana, and electronic cigarettes. Violations will result in a minimum $1,000 charge. \* This should go without saying, but illicit drugs and criminal behavior are also prohibited. \* No burning of incense or candles in the unit 3\. Pets \* We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (additional fees may apply). \* Animals must be under guest’s supervision at all times and cannot be left unattended in the unit. \* Dogs must be leashed outdoors, and waste should be disposed of promptly in the trash. \* Dogs are not allowed on furniture, but if yours can’t resist, please cover the sofa with the provided pet blankets first (or bring your own!). \* Absolutely no pee pads. 4\. Cleanliness & Respect for the Home \* We ask that you keep a tidy home for the duration of your stay. If you use the clean linens for the hide-a-bed, please leave them and the bin out so the cleaners know they have been used! 5\. It's close to Fremont and Ballard. Auto lock door was nice and convenient. In unit laundry was nice to have. It's in a basement so there's not much light. Reasonable parking. ##### Andrew D. The place was great - nicely decorated, clean, generally comfortable, and well cared-for, and close to both Ballard and Fremont. Only ding was that the bed was a little soft for my taste, but everything else was great. Host was very responsive and nice, a generally positive experience. ##### Paul G. The unit is in a basement so very little natural light. I expected to climb a few steps, but NOT 35 steps every time I came or went --especially difficult with luggage. There was no ice maker or ice cube trays, and the owner was not helpful. We had to purchase ice. No thermostat for central heat-- the owner said we'd have to contact her if we wanted it adjusted and she would do it remotely!! The washer only filled with hot water no matter what setting we used, which ruined 2 of my shirts! Again, the owner was unresponsive. Overall, disappointed in this property.
