INDOOR Please do not wear shoes in the home, and do not eat or drink in the bedroom/beds. Please keep heaters clear of anything (minimum of three feet). LONG TERM RESERVATION Guests are welcome to book long-term stays, but reservations must be made in segments of 28 days at a time. MIDSTAY CLEAN Long stays (over 15 nights) require mid-stay cleans every 2weeks, and are billed to the Guest. Mid-stay clean is equivalent to the current cleaning fee. ISSUES Notify the host immediately of any issues/damage. We reserve the right to inspect and service the Property during your stay, including, but not limited to landscaping services, etc. QUIET HOURS Quiet hour is from 10PM to 8AM Noise monitoring devices are also installed to comply with county regulations. These devices do not record audio but will trigger if noise exceeds 80 decibels during the day or 70 decibels during quiet hours. Failure to follow the rules will incur a $500 charge for the 1st violation and termination of reservation for the 2nd violation without refund PET RULES Pets are not allowed Failure to follow the rules will incur a $1,000 charge.
