We arrived at the property at 9:30, safely before the 10:00 cutoff, but when we followed the instructions at the callbox to get into the building, we only got voicemail. I received a call back and text an hour later, after we had thankfully managed to get in. The property itself was very nice except that the bed had only a sheet and thin bedspread and there was no extra blanket or comforter to be found. For November in Seattle in a place with concrete floors, it made things pretty chilly. Also, I received about 20 emails and texts from Orbitz, VRBO, and Vacasa for this single reservation, most of which were needless to say repetitive, unnecessary and annoying.
