Lovely modern apartment, rural and sea views, Jacuzzi. Seaton/Beer nr Sidmouth

Wellfield Lodge is a lovely, light, modern apartment suitable for a couple who wish to explore Seaton and its surroundings and enjoy walking. It is adjacent to our home,Wellfield, on the edge of a quiet, established residential area of Seaton, backing on to the countryside. The accommodation is bright, airy and tastefully furnished.

Bedding and towels are provided. There is one double bedroom, with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers & French doors opening onto a small balcony with sea views. Off the bedroom is an en-suite with shower, washbasin and toilet. The living area and fully equipped kitchen are open plan and includes a gas cooker and fridge with freezer compartment. There is a two-seater sofa and armchair, with a coffee table, TV with DVD player. WiFi is available. French doors lead out onto a decking area with a wonderful view to the fields and woodland beyond. There is a table and chairs and two sun loungers. Steps down from the decking lead to a secluded private sunny patio with a four- person Jacuzzi hot tub for the exclusive use of guests. Off road parking on private drive.

There is no smoking anywhere on the premises, inside or out. This applies also to e-cigarettes

Pet Policy
The totally enclosed patio area is suitable for dogs. Guests, by prior arrangement, are welcome to bring a small well-behaved neutered dog on condition that their pet

Is exercised regularly off the premises for toileting
Does not sleep on the bed

Lovely apartment

A lovely lodge in a great Location
We had a great week in Seaton. The lodge has everything you need for a relaxing week. The owners are lovely and live on site but but are not intrusive. Views of the sea of which is only a ten minute walk. Just a great place to stay to explore East Devon. Then come home to a jacuzzi to relax in.

Relaxing & Quiet
A great little property with lovely hosts. Everything you could need is in the property. Added bonus of hot tub too! Hosts very accommodating with regard to our dogs. A 5 minute walk to an enclosed dog field was a bonus too. 15 minute walk to sea front and a lovely little town. We have a very enjoyable relaxing week to unwind and recharge Thankyou!

We had an amazing holiday! .Our hosts gave us a very warm welcome The very well equipt property was excellent and had everything we needed.The sitting room has an amazing view and the cleanliness was outstanding.A great location to relax and unwind..the hot tub was a real touch of luxury..so lovely we've booked again for next year ! Welcoming hosts, peaceful location and perfect lodge with hot tub!
We had an amazing time at this lovely lodge with the added bonus of a relaxing hot tub. Geoff and Maya greeted us with a warm welcome and had thought of everything. A lovely relaxing week in a peaceful location and would definitely visit again :-)
