Take a step out of your front door and you are right on the main strip full of shopping, places to eat and more! Take a step out of the back door and you are only 1 block from the beautiful Jersey Shore beaches. Inside you will find a beautifully constructed townhome by a well known local builder. The bottom floor consists of the main entrance and a two car garage for vehicle parking. Walk up to the main floor and find an open concept living space with eat in kitchen, dining and living room as well as a bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. A slider door to the back deck supplies outdoor seating and a grill area. Exactly as described fully equipped with two beach umbrellas and around 8 beach chairs and badges along with a wagon for easy transport. Clean and new looking building and was very easy to get in and communicate. Loved the short walks to the beach and ice cream shop downstairs.
