### Tobey's Treehouse Oasis at Seaside Beach

Thank You for considering: TOBEY'S TREEHOUSE OASIS presented by Seaside Vacation Homes.  
  
Welcome to Tobey’s Treehouse Oasis. This home is perfect for families with small children and their pets; the backyard is a little oasis for everyone in your party. It is just two and a half blocks from the Prom and the beach. This home sleeps six, with a King in the Primary bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy Cozying up to the gas fireplace on a cool evening and playing cards around the dining room table. If you need to get some work done, there’s a desk in the primary bedroom. We look forward to hosting you here at Tobey’s Treehouse.  
  
Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.  
  
A MESSAGE FROM OUR FAMILY: We are so thankful for your support during these trying times. As always, if the cities of Seaside, Gearhart, or Cannon Beach prohibits us from hosting guests, your trip will be covered for a 100% refund.  
  
By booking in advance, you are supporting the thirty families that work within our company. We appreciate you and hope you’ll consider us for your business. We are going even more in depth with our cleaning program to ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your stay. This includes using an EPA certified disinfectant as our main surface cleaner throughout the home.

If you have not researched us to know who we are: Seaside Vacation Homes is a small, family owned business operating in Seaside for over 30 years, and the oldest vacation home property management company in our area. Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. Pricing Explanation: This is not our primary website, but does offer the industry leading review platform for travelers local and abroad. Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.  
  
The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.

Check-Out 11am(11/1-3/14), 10am(3/15-10/31)  
  
Please note that the grill will only be available for use May-September.
