Walk up a few steps to reach the porch, then enter and you'll find yourself on the first floor of this stunning home. Here, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar as well as a dining table. The open layout of this room leads you to the first living room, complete with spectacular ocean views. Large windows allow the Seaside sun to pour in, and sliding glass doors open up to the front deck running the length of the home. At the back of the first level, you find the first bedroom with a large bed and a deck all to itself. A full bathroom and a washer and dryer complete this floor. Upstairs, you enter into the fine great room, with ample seating for everyone! This room includes a wet bar with mini fridge, a table and chairs perfect for cocktails or games, and a large flatscreen TV complete with DVD and VCR. Another fireplace helps set the mood on those chilly nights. Don't forget the telescope to watch the passing ships and beachgoers. There's also another oceanfront deck for outdoor living. Wrapped in large windows to maximize the view, you will never leave this room! There are two bedrooms on this level, plus a bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen Beach access via a short, sandy path just adjacent to the house Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. However, the kitchen was stocked with old teflon pans that were flaking, and the hot water heater didn't appear to be able to fill the jacuzzi tub with adequate water before turning cold. All that being said, the beds were very comfortable, and there was more than enough seating, plus the beach view from the second story was priceless! Also the heating was very nice, the whole house was very warm on the very cold weekend we stayed, even the floors were very toasty! It was a short walk to the beach, close to the shops and restaurants. I would suggest a deep cleaning in the kitchen. The property management Vacasa offered to send someone to clean it but I had already done it myself. Multiple levels allowed parties to rest, go to the beach, cook meals, and visit without being crowded. The tidepools on the beach here are STUNNING with green anemones and starfish that are easy to access right on the beach. We will definitely stay here again in the future. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the upstairs living area was the real stunner! The ocean views were fantastic. Very peaceful and quiet. My only suggestion is that the cookware needs to be updated, the pots and pans are all old and there weren’t standard cooking utensils. Also, there were no Kleenex anywhere and the toilet paper was so rough for blowing noses. Other than that, it was perfect, and we had a great time. ##### Zoe G. Pretty much everything else is old, worn, dated, and overused. Furnishings and linens look like they were acquired at a thrift store ten years ago. There were two fireplaces that didn't work and two broken coffee pots. Looked very clean but found a couple spiders in corners and empty beer bottles in a closet. We moved an end table and it was clear no one had bothered to vacuum there. No outdoor furniture and decks and stairs need attention. Reached out to host first night then never heard back again.
