Other great attractions and places to visit include Other Brother Brewery, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Dennis The Menace Playground, Bayonet & Black Horse (golf), Golden State Theatre, Laguna Seca Raceway, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Pebble Beach, Fort Ord Dunes State Park, and Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary. Other excellent locales are only a short drive away, such as the Monterey Bay region and the central California coast, which includes Big Sur and Santa Cruz. The backyard deck is bathed in sunlight and is the perfect spot for summertime barbecues. There are two chairs and an umbrella provided for your comfort. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) It’s just 10-15 minutes from everything, making it incredibly convenient.
