This contemporary house with a private hot tub will comfortably sleep up to nine people. Sitting on the quieter south end of Seaside, you'll enjoy a location within walking distance of Seaside Golf Course and just three blocks from the beach. Step into the bright living room, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. A colorful couch, also a comfortable queen bed, is great for reading or conversing in the natural light from the windows, and leather armchairs near the gas fireplace provide ample comfort for rainy nights. A dining room with a large table joins this room. Sitting beneath marvelous sunset photographs is a rustic wood slab dining table- to enjoy a home-cooked meal or some take-out. The kitchen is bright and open, with many windows and plenty of counter space to prepare big meals. You'll enjoy a full suite of amenities and helpful extras, like a blender, mixer, slow cooker, and crab pot, so you can whip up anything you're used to making at home or be inspired to try something new (fresh seafood is always a great option)! Adjacent to the kitchen is the TV room, with a sectional and a large TV. Take advantage of premium cable channels, a DishNetwork DVR to record your favorite shows to watch later, and a smart TV with Netflix streaming, and YouTube. WiFi is available. A door in this room leads to a half bath and a laundry room with a washer/dryer. Parking in the attached garage makes rainy-day unpacking easy. Additionally, in the garage, you will find sand toys, a boogie board, skim board, foosball table,3 adult bikes and 5 kid bikes of varied sizes, a BOB stroller, and a large Radio Flyer wagon to transport kids or one of the coolers to the beach. There are four upstairs bedrooms and two and a half baths. The primary suite features a king bed, north-facing window seating, a large TV with a smart Roku, and an en suite bathroom. There are two rooms with one queen bed each, and the fourth room has a set of twin bunk beds and toys for little ones. A second full bath with a tub/shower combo can be found in the hallway. There is also a sofa bed in the main living room and two cribs for small children. This home is perfect for a large family, multiple smaller families, or a group of friends. Walk three blocks to the beach for kite flying, sand-castle building, surfing, and games of catch by the waves. This specific part of the coastline, directly west of the house, is called Surfers Cove, and you can often watch experienced surfers. Bring a picnic and warm clothes and spend the afternoon here, or wander north along the beach towards town for more fun. The main street where all the shops are is an easy walk or bike up the promenade accessible at the end of the street. Here you'll find amusement rides and mini-golf, a number of bistros, art galleries, and an arcade. Head into the Carousel Mall and browse the toy shop and get some ice cream and saltwater taffy in the building next door. If you haven't been, the Seaside Aquarium along the beach is a good way to spend an hour or two. If you're trying to avoid the crowds, stick closer to the house - the U-Street Pub & Eatery is just one block away, with a few other restaurants east across the bridge. A locally owned grocery store is conveniently located right across the street. Things to Know Nearby activities: clamming, crabbing, kids’ pump track, and Painted Rock Beach. Backyard with hot tub is great, and we really loved the location. It's close to the beach and promenade. A corner market and few cafes are easy walking distance from house. It has two living rooms which is nice when you have children. Unlike other places there actually is enough dishes for everyone and plenty of pots and pans to cook with. They truly made it family friendly. The hot tub and BBQ were clean and in good condition. You can tell they care about your experience because the manager is quick to respond and made sure we got in okay and that the house was clean and to our liking. Ours was a big group (6 adults and 2 kids), and we were able to stay there fairly comfortably. All of the basic amenities were provided, so we didn't have to worry about anything. The highlight of the house is its location - it's a few blocks from the Ocean, so it was very convenient for us to go to the beach. The sheets on the master bedroom's bed had a few spots on it which we were able to cover up with other fresh sheets, but that was the only issue we had in terms of cleanliness. ##### Shravan C. This home was pretty spacious—there were two living areas, one right off the kitchen, and the other was kind of wasted space, I felt like. It was just a sitting area with a fireplace that was unused by our group. It had a nice fenced backyard, which was nice for all of our kids to play in with windows looking right out at them. There were also tons of beach toys, wagons, camp chairs, a nice BOB stroller, bikes of all sizes—anything you could need for a group with kids to go to the beach, which was nice. There were a ton of games and toys, too. All in all, I’d say we were all pretty happy with this house, it was great with all of our kids. ##### Kaitlyn J. Convenient location with a few good restaurants and seaside market across the street. Beach is just a short few blocks. Our stay was very nice, there were a few things we tried calling to report but our connection was lost. Called back the next day requesting an email I could report to and was sent and incomplete email. Called a third time and finally verbally sent our concerns like sand in the jacuzzi when we arrived and a couple broken window screens on top floor. Management needs better service especially when people are paying what they pay. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay. ##### Colleen O.
