But the place had a pretty big infestation of ants- it started in the master bathroom (we probably killed 40-50 ants and had to keep everything out of it). We left for the day and thought we had properly stored all food items in the kitchen but when we came home, the ants had moved into the kitchen and managed to get into our sealed boxes and we had to throw away food we had bought for the trip. I have called the management company, Grand Welcome Vacation Rentals, 4 times and sent messages to them and they still haven't gotten back to me about reimbursement for the lost groceries. But they have emailed me to leave a review- go figure. Additionally, the master bath sink wouldn't drain so we had to call maintenance out, we weren't given enough wash clothes for the number of people we told them would be there and the ones they did provide had big stains on them. I was given instructions on how to get into house and did not work. Every number that I tried to call to get ahold of on how to help said. “ this number does not except phone calls” kinda of a red flag at first. Was sitting outside the house for about 30 minutes until I believe the owner gave me the right code to get in. Once we were in everything else went smoothly. Also the master bathroom sink was clogged/ slow draining ##### James B.
