Your family will be close to everything when you stay at The Driftwood! Centrally-located w/hot tub, large deck. Just a quick 2 block walk from Seaside Beach + 1 block away from the Historic Promenade where you'll find, cafes, dining, shopping, bookstores, fun shops, bumper cars and video arcade.
Relax at the beach. The kitchen has all the pots/pans for your seafood culinary creativities. Living room -large smart TV w/streaming capabilities +sleeper couch. Pet friendly w/$100 fee.

We always love to hear from guests. We'll reach out to make sure you have found comfort in the home. We encourage guest to let us know when they have successfully checked in and checked out.
Great location for walking to the Prom for drinks, dinner, arcades and shopping. Rent bikes, walk the beach, walk the Historic Promenade.
Check out the painted rock beach, Seaside Aquarium, grab a book at a local bookstore and find a nook at the local coffee shop.

Lock up the hot tub when not in use and when checking out. Lock code will be sent to you in check in info email.
Hot tub maintenance is once a week.
BBQ- Propane BBQ, Please use responsibly. Let use know if propane levels are running low. Please cover with BBQ cover when not in use.
GLASS RECYCLING- Guests are responsible to pack out any glass recycling they bring. Glass recycling can be found in town at the local Seaside Public Recycling Center on Avenue S.
Dog owners- $100 non refundable pet fee - 2 dog Maximum. This is not a home with a yard/grass, nor is there a fully fenced off area. Be aware and mindful when booking. You will have to monitor your pet(s) when outside. Please pick up after your pet(s).
Children/Infants- We try our best to create a safe and welcoming home for children. We do NOT have locks on cabinets. Backyard is NOT fully fenced and there is no "yard" mostly patio, deck, gravel and parking area. However you may be lucky to find blueberries and/or boysenberries in our raised garden beds. You will find a supply children books, some toys and kites.
Games & Books- We have a growing supply of games, puzzles and books for those rainy days.
Poker chips, cards, shoots and ladder, sorry, trouble, to name a few. These are located in bedroom #2 closet.
Sleeper Couch- is located in the living room, 2 people can sleep comfortably on couch. Extra bedding is located in the coffee table/chest.

#### Great location, small issues
The location of this house is great, close to downtown area and beach access. We had issues with the key lock box for the back door the whole stay and couldn’t access it. There were ants in the kitchen but the host opted for pest control to come during or after our stay and was quick to respond. The secondary bedroom had one of the stiffest/old springs mattress we have ever experienced where the main bedrooms was nice and comfy.

#### Nicest House on the Block
Driving up to the house we were a little worried because of the rest of the houses on the street, but the rental has been recently renovated and was cozy. Great location other than that. Very walkable to everything in downtown Seaside. The hot tub wasn’t working when we were there which was a disappointing development but otherwise the house was adequate for our quick weekend getaway.

If you want to be in the heart of seaside without having to stay in one of the massive and overcrowded hotels you can't do better than this. We have 4 young kids all under 10 years old and they loved this place. The location was close enough for even our young kids to easily walk to the beach and all the nearby shops. The house itself was clean and spacious. Would love to stay here again in the future.

This was such a great spot for our family to spend the weekend celebrating our youngest turning 5\. It was close to the promenade and downtown, Funland is only a block away and the kids LOVED that. The house has a great layout and was very clean. Seaside is our favorite coastal city to visit and we’ll definitely be back again.

We stayed at this home after running the Hood to Coast relay and SO appreciated the location to finish line. It was easy to go to the house, shower, and return to the party on the beach. The fire pit and hot tub were both awesome to be able to enjoy. This home was very clean and well stocked with amenities. Would love to visit again soon! Great communication from hosts that clearly care about this home and the satisfaction of their guests.

We rented this adorable bungalow for a work trip at the Seaside Convention Center and it was perfect. It was within a 5 minute walk of the convention center, downtown activities and the beach. The house is beautiful with nice amenities. The hot tub and backyard area provide privacy for relaxing and enjoying outside BBQ and secure parking. The check in process was seamless and the owners checked in frequently to make sure all our needs were met. We travel to Cannon Beach and Seaside annually with our children and I would recommend this vacation rental for families as well! We will definitely be returning on future trips.

#### Calming, peaceful retreat
The house was beautifully, updated and set up for a perfect weekend or extended stay. It was a easy walk to the beach and to downtown highly recommended.

#### Fantastic Stay in Seaside
Lovely home just minutes away from the Promenade. Great accommodations, comfortable, newly renovated, communicative hosts and close to Seaside, Cannon Beach and many hiking trails.

#### Wonderful house in Seaside!
We enjoyed our short weekend away at this lovely house in Seaside. It is perfectly located downtown, within a short walking distance to everything! We especially loved the hot tub for relaxing in.

The house and location were great! Just a block away from the Beach and town. The only thing the place missed was a microwave, broom, dustpan and blow dryer. Everything else was great
