It is very comfortably-furnished, with everything we have needed. The beds are comfortable and the unit is well-equipped with dishes for cooking and eating and it has several small appliances you might need. Bathrooms were very clean and showers have good water pressure. Complex has been extremely quiet while we have been here, probably due in part to it being near the end of the tourist season. The river views and those of the headland are gorgeous! We would not hesitate to return to this condo in the future! ##### Michael D. The condo was comfortable and very clean, except for the barbecue on the deck. It was quiet and the residents we met in elevator and parking lot were pleasant and friendly. The Ocean was of course wonderful and I really liked the mat walkway at 12th making access much easier.
