It's a bit of a hike to the beach but ok. It's a little far from the boardwalk which is probably a good thing. ..it's quiet. if you have a dog there is a convenient place to walk right near the apt. The communication was great. We had a glitch with the door lock and they came right over to fix it. I recommend this place if you are in the area.
