### Solitude

Solitude is just the right place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the view! This recently remodeled, 2 story “fisherman’s cabin” style home, features 2 cozy bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, and a stunning upstairs loft area where you can spend your days cozied up on the couch watching the waves of Seal Rock. While you’re at it, bring your favorite beverages and try your hand as a bartender. The upstairs loft has a wet bar!   
  
Prefer to spend your time outside? We've got you covered. The large patio features a hot tub and a propane grill.   
  
Do you have a few more guests than can fit in this home? Solitude is conveniently located next door to our sister home, Sanctuary, which can sleep up to 8 people.   
  
Solitude is not permitted by the county as a short term rental. All rentals are leased for 30 day increments with discounts for longer stays. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding pricing and availability.  
  
If you're interested in this home, please confirm your guest count and let us know a little bit about the nature of your stay. Amber, our reservation coordinator, is ready to assist you should you have any questions regarding your reservation.   
  
\* Sunday arrival time is 5 p.m.   
\* Monday-Saturday arrival time is 3:30 p.m.   
\* Departure time is 10:30 a.m everyday.   
  
We can be reached by cell phone or email during your stay.  
Notes:  
\- When you book with us, a hold of $200 will be put on your card starting the day you arrive until 7 days post departure. If all of the check-out items on the departure list are completed and no extra cleaning is required, the hold on your card will be released. \*Reminder: This functions, not as a charge where the money ever leaves your account, but as a pre-authorized amount by the cardholder that could be retained if extra cleaning is needed after your stay.   
\-Please keep in mind that the cost of maintaining the hot tub will vary depending on the length of your stay. Because of this, we will have to adjust the price after we have talked with you to determine the rate.  
\-Solitude is a privately owned home managed by Oceanside Homes and Design. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. If you have any further questions, please reach out to us directly, and we will be happy to answer.
