Amenity Cards Included! 2923 Atrium Villa If you're looking for a cheery place by the beach, this two bedroom, two bath villa is on the 1st level in the Atrium Villa complex and features a vibrant color scheme with grand views of the Atlantic Ocean. Take advantage of the expansive deck for al fresco dining or simply relax and watch the natural beauty of Seabrook unfold before your eyes. Upon entering, you'll immediately be impressed with the view. You will find a fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and ample storage with additional seating for 2 at the bar. To your right is the master bedroom with a King bed, sitting area for 2, and a sliding door which opens to the deck overlooking the ocean. The master has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. The dining area has a round table which accommodates 4 people and flows into the living room which has a full size leather couch, a large HDTV and sea grass rugs. Enjoy the lounge chairs on the covered deck via another set of sliding doors. Also off the living room is the second bedroom with 2 Queen beds, wall mounted HDTV, comfortable seating for 2 and deck access. The guest bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower. You will be able to catch both the sunrise and sunset at this fantastic location. This villa is ideally situated across from the beach, pool, restaurants and Seabrook Shoppe and adjacent to the golf Pro Shop and Seabrook Island Club house. ​​​​​​​Pets NOT allowed Seabrook Island is a private welcoming oceanfront community just miles from historic Charleston, SC. Completely immersed in natural splendor, the coastal barrier island is home to lush maritime forest, serene marshes and pristine beaches. Seabrook Island's residents and guests also enjoy some of the East Coast's best recreation facilities. All build in recent years, the updated amenities have earned Seabrook Island world-wide accolades. \*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2 The first gate pass is included in your stay. Cancellation Policy: For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement. For monthly rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. We walked to all of the events and had an incredible ocean view as well. We spent a lot of time on the patio watching the dolphins in the ocean and walking on the beach. Very clean condo, with many accommodations. The pool was right across the street and the beach off of the pool area was fabulous. The only issue we had was arriving during a rainstorm, and trying to figure out where our condo in the building was located. It was like a maze trying to find the condo number, with no signage leading us in the direction we needed to go. We managed to find a small paper map posted by the elevators so we were able to find the general area of the condo. When we eventually tracked it down we were drenched. Lol. It was time for a drink at that point. We enjoyed our stay very much, once we had dry clothes on. ##### Genise B. We spent a lot of time on the porch eating meals, drinking wine and watching the ocean. We liked the fact the Amenity cards were included with our rental. We enjoyed the club pool area and being able to walk to restaurants. The villa was clean. Beds slept well. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The hairdryer in the bathroom with queen beds did not work; however we brought our own hairdryers. We would stay at this villa again. We were very pleased! ##### Deborah C. The beds are VERY comfortable. The condo was well supplied. Not sure why there has to be a differentiation between a member and a guest when the owner is a member. The guests have to pay for things like pool towels, inside pool, gym and can’t use the Pelican Nest restaurant on certain days. ##### Judy S.
