Make yourself at home in the comfortable great room with soaring ceilings and plenty of seating for everyone, You will be greeted with a spectacular wall of windows in the living area that frame the natural beauty of Seabrook. Bohicket Marina is a 1/2 mile from the Seabrook gate - offering fishing tours, boating and various activities throughout the year. Shops, restaurants, and more are found in Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village. Your family dog is welcome -- up to (2) dogs with required Additional fees per dog to apply. Once you visit Seabrook you won't want to leave! \*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. The beds and sheets were so soft and comfortable and plenty of pillows! My adult daughters had a fun "sleep over" in the loft area with the bunk beds. There were plenty of towels as well which was important for us as there were 5 adult women in our party. Despite a cosmetic makeover, the place still had an old mildewy/moldy smell, reminiscent of its original era. The initial appearance of cleanliness was shattered when we encountered multiple cockroaches during our stay. It's concerning that these issues were not properly addressed. I cannot confidently recommend this house until the smell and pest problems are resolved. ##### Sam A.
