New this year, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. The charge is $45 per vehicle. The first vehicle is included in the grand total of your reservation. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. There is a maximum on the number of vehicle passes for each property. Street parking is prohibited. Each pass requires one licensed driver's name. Guest may be asked to show license at the gate. Once the vehicle pass is issued, any licensed driver can drive. LSVs are prohibited at this villa complex.
