Walk to Pools, Golf! Amenity Access included! 1306 Pelican Watch This beautiful 2nd floor Pelican Watch villa is perfect! Incredible panoramic views of the Edisto River and Atlantic Ocean. Relax with a cool drink around the deck table while watching the sky change to bright orange as the sun sets over the Edisto River. Sit under the umbrella with a good book as shrimp boats and sailboats amble by. Walk down the back stairs off the deck to the boardwalk leading to the quiet, calm beach directly in front of this lovely villa. This Pelican Watch is just a short walk to the Beach Club pools, Pelican's Nest oceanfront dining, clubhouse and golf courses. This villa has it all! Whimsical art greets you when you enter this lovely villa. The living area has high ceilings and sliding doors allowing water views from every vantage point. The comfortable furnishings invite you and your family and friends to sit back and relax. There is not a sofa bed in this villa. The kitchen has whitewashed wainscot cabinets, Quartz countertops and new stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with all you need for vacation cooking. There is a washer/dryer in the laundry closet for your use. Off the hall is a full bath with a shower. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed. New linens and lovely furnishings make this a very comfortable retreat. A comfy chair is perfect for relaxing with a good book. The en suite bath has a large vanity with a granite countertop and oversized tiled shower. Linens and bath towels are provided, however, please bring your own beach towels. Property uses Sling TV. Therefore, best to bring your login information for your chosen viewing apps (ex. your Netflix, Prime, Youtube TV logins & passwords) You will love spending time on the outside deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean where it meets the Edisto River. There is a short boardwalk off the deck that leads to Pelican Beach. This beautiful beach features softly lapping waves and a lovely natural landscape. 1306 Pelican Watch is also located very close to the Seabrook Island Club beach area facilities. \* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2 The first gate pass is included in your stay. Electric plug in bedroom did not work. 3\. No directions with either t.v. 4\. Mattress was too soft and lumpy. 5\. Box in hall with a Keurig sat the entire visit. Positives 1\. Deck was amazing. 2\. Location near walk to beach was convenient. 3\. Bicycle rack nearby. 4\. Well-equipped kitchen. 5\. Nicely furnished. 6\. Comfortable couch and chair. 7\. Nice eating area. 8\. Clean. ##### George K. There's starter paper towels, dish detergent, etc. and having a washer and dryer available is definitely a plus. The view from the balcony is great and quick responses from the management team, make this rental easy to book and if you run into a problem, it's easy to have that resolved. ##### Robin G. The views and convenient beach access made this villa a great choice. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. All of us enjoyed sitting on the deck, and we loved that we could walk down the back stairs to the boardwalk and be on the beach in seconds. On our last day, we accidentally licked ourselves out of the villa. The property managers were very understanding and brought us another key within minutes. The location and views from the condo were perfect for our first time visiting the island.the place was set up to make us feel very private while the other adjacent properties were all respectful of each one’s privacy and quiet. We truly felt as if we were away! The property unit was good and met all of our needs, however the a few updates may be considered in the near future (mattress, bath fixtures - the master bath shower/tub faucet was difficult to pull and start) but it did not effect our enjoyment of Seabrook. The grounds were kept in very good shape and were very clean. The information provided was all we needed. The amenity cards were a must! We enjoyed several activities and dining on the island. It was nice to have a pool available as a break from the beach. All in all, a wonderful place to vacation. Thank you! ##### kathryn t.
