You will be treated to spectacular sunsets from the wall of windows in the great room as well as either of the decks! This is a definite WOW! This is the place to enjoy your family vacation on Seabrook Island. Cathedral ceilings, an open floor plan with large flat screen TV, granite and marble countertops, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and plenty of seating for the entire family complete this terrific villa. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a brand new mattress, HDTV and adjoining bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed with adjoining full bathroom. The third bedroom has two full size beds, TV and a full bathroom across the hall. Relax on the two decks after a day at the beach and catch the phenomenal sunsets over the water. Pet Friendly. Additional cost per pet \* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3 The first gate pass is included in your stay. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250\. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250\. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
