The owners of this beautifully outfitted 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property have carefully curated a coastal paradise for their guests. The living area has comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV and access to the spacious sunroom! The dining area seats 4, and there are plenty of spaces to spread out for meals between the living area and sunroom as well. The well-equipped kitchen features beautiful and sustainable recycled glass quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless appliances. The main bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV and access to the sunroom. The private bathroom has a dual vanity and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and has access to a bathroom with dual vanities and a large jacuzzi tub/shower combination. Uniquely, this property also comes with an EV charger for guests to use. Golf Shore Villas are located near the Ocean Winds Golf Course and only a short walk or bike ride to the beach and the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.
