The home is sunny and sheltered from the coastal wind, so when you return from the beach you can sit on the deck in comfort watching the sunset spread out before you. The bright, beautiful wood interior creates a warm and inviting home where you can relax, read, write, and share meals. With all the community's shared amenities, including tennis courts, swimming pools, saunas, 50 miles of hiking and biking trails, and numerous beaches, you and your group will be able to entertain yourselves for days outdoors and inside the home. A meandering trail or a quick drive leads you to the iconic Ohlson Recreation Center, with a pool, saunas, volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts. Take the short and worthwhile drive to Fort Ross State Historic Park. Or if you’re into golfing, travel five-and-a-half miles up Highway 1 to try your hand at Sea Ranch Golf Links, which offers a fully equipped golf shop, a practice putting green, a full grass driving range, a snack bar, and more. The grassy meadow location is home to mice, raccoons, and many harmless outside dwelling insects. Seasonally we can have ants, three striped roaches and beetles. This wildlife are all part of our environment. Occasionally they can find their way into a home. If this happens, no refunds will be given. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours.
