The house was near the path that leads straight to the water a couple of minutes away. The home was comfortable, well- stocked and well-kept. The favorite room for our toddler was the solarium. There was a special space just for playtime. There is a room separate from the rest of the home above the garage that might work well for older children. The check-in was difficult because no one was working in the office that day & the instructions were not clear, even for the person who took our call on Christmas day. Fortunately, we found the information packet and we're on our way to the home for a wonderful Christmas away from home. ##### Pauline A. In the Sea Ranch and surrounding area there is no ell service which means no GPS. So we just had to drive around and around and around looking for the house. And the rental office where we got the packet was extremely hard tio find even after we foud the area it was locatred in with the address. None of the businesses in there are marked with lot numbers and the office was hidden. These are the only two things I would change. Oh, and this morning "you" emailed how I liked my saty at 6:30 in the morning and woke me up. Not very nice. Lovely, warm home with easily enough room for 8\. Great views with easy walk to bluffs, trails and beaches. Could have used few more towels and some extra sheets. However, that said, the house has a well stocked kitchen with oils, spices, teas and even syrup and other condiments to make meal prep very easy. Plenty of space for two family’s of 4 to spread out. Beds were very comfortable and home felt very clean. Daily views consist of neighborhood deer and stunning waves. Nice to have access to pools however at no fault to Serenity’s owners of course, it should be noted that after September there is only one pool available at the Ohlone center but was a bit cold for kids . The lovely hot tub at Serenity made up for this small glitch in plans. Great time was had by all. We will be back! Thank you for allowing us into your home! ##### Lisa R. Patio door from dining room to patio is warped and it to Barbecue is very old and rusting out. I had to purchase towels in town so we could all have a towel for our showers. The upstairs bedroom off of the garage is not tall enough for an adult to stand up in. That cannot be code acceptable. We were only there for 5 minutes and a mama dear and her brand new baby walked through the yard! Short easy walk to get to Shell Beach (5 minutes, max) where we were able to see seals floating in the kelp. At low tide, we were able to explore some tide pools. Just past Shell Beach, we were able to see MANY seals and their pups at the Seal Rookery, where many of the pups were still nursing. The house was the most well-stocked rental home I have ever stayed in. Pots, pans, glasses, sharp knives, cooking seasonings... The house itself was impeccably clean, with plenty of extra towels and blankets if needed. Puzzles, games, movies galore. The beds were super comfortable. The separate room above the garage was the perfect spot for some extra peace and quiet. We are already trying to figure out a weekend when we can return! ##### Alana C. Very comfortable and great level of amenities - fireplace and hot tub being the highlights. Kitchen is very usable and well stocked with cooking equipment. Dining room comfortable for 6\. Upstairs loft with half bath accessible through garage may not suit all adults - and sofa bed in solarium meant sharing bath off second bedroom. Séjour de 3 nuits en septembre 2017 ### 8/10 – Bien #### shiree h. 19 août 2017 #### clean and quiet..roomy and comfortable overall, the house is great. clean house, quiet neighborhood. the local pools are great. we loved walking to the beach and watching the harbor seals. kitchen and deck are great. loved sitting in the hot tub looking at the ocean. great for a family. some FYI items: - bring your own beach towels!!! we missed that part. there is only one set of towels per person. no more. there weren't a ton of kitchen towels either. -the two bedrooms with private bathrooms are great, but i agree with previous comment, the other bed areas are better for kids or people who don't need privacy. the upstairs room is private but you have to go down stairs and through garage to get to the bathroom. -people with little kids, there are no kid DVD's just in case you need those. - we had trouble figuring out the TV :) but once we did it was fine. the main living room tv we had to use the buttons the top to turn on and off and volume. - there are not a ton of eating out restaurants. the Upper Crust pizza parlor is GREAT!, order early though or you might have to wait awhile. there is also a great Mexican place Mariachi in Anchor Bay. ##### shiree h. ### 8/10 – Bien #### Shanel B. 6 juin 2017 #### Great house.
