Beautiful Sunsets with gorgeous bay views, on an attractive extra wide dead-end street, safer for kids at play and more parking space. This stylish large 5-bedroom, 3 full bath townhouse features 3 decks, roomy kitchen, living room area for the entire Family with TV and internet connection and lots of dining area. This home has everything for your next great vacation.The 1st level is a 1.5 car space garage with lots of room for bikes and beach fun stuff. The next level is halfway up with entry from a main door or the garage, opening into a bright foyer, leading to 2 bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and the other 1 queen bed. There is also a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The next level has a sunny very comfortable living area with skylights and a large slider to a family sized front deck with bay views, patio furniture table, umbrella and chairs for all. Great for sunning, dinner, drinks or family stories into the night. This level also has an indoor dining area with seating for 8 to 12 around the expandable table, roomy kitchen with 4 counter stools and is fully stocked with dishware and appliances. Behind the kitchen is the third, master sized bedroom with a queen bed, private deck and a full bath with lots of sun light and tub/shower.The next level has two roomy bedrooms, 4 and 5, with a Jack and Jill full bath with lots of sun light and tub/shower. The rear bedroom has a queen bed with another private deck and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a large back yard with enclosed outdoor shower.
