« From the beginning this home is amazing. The seclusion, gated , wooded entrance. Appears like it is tight fit but I pulled a 23.5 foot boat through entrance without a problem. The driveway and paved area in front of the home is more than enough space if all people staying had their own car. I was able to turn my truck and boat around without backing. « We loved this guesthouse. It was perfect for our weekend retreat. The couches were very comfortable and there was plenty of space to get around. The kitchen had everything we needed - refrigerator, keurig, mugs and glasses - plus a stove, oven and microwave. We would definitely consider booking this property again in the future if we do another sisters’ weekend in Forney. »

« My extended family and I were in town for a funeral. We decided to rent the home as a place to land between the services. We made great memories and shared lots of laughs even though we were together to grieve. The house was perfect and we all had enough space to ourselves. Highly recommend for large families or groups. « Amazing experience here! Great spot on the lake- loved the large covered dock, larger yard and hot tub was very nice. House was lovely and spotlessly clean! We will definitely be back. Only reccomendations I could make would be to add another couch in living area for more seating and to enjoy those great lake views from inside. The TV outside wasn't working which did not hinder our enjoyment at all but it would have been nice. The pool table and cue tips needed some attention but not a big deal....
