There are great views of the lake through the large windows. The dock is convenient, and the lake is great. The photos are mostly accurate depictions of what we encountered. The pizza place near the house was very tasty. Cons - like several others have said - the house is in desperate need of attention and renovations. There were cobwebs inside the house especially around the windows and in the kitchen. These cobwebs have been there for months - not a few days. And like other reviews - the deck and outside furniture didn’t appear to have been cleaned in several months. The sofa and beds aren’t very comfortable and there is only one TV in the house. The AC did not cool very well during the day but worked well enough at night for us to sleep. The house is properly advertised as lake view (not front), but the pictures lead us to believe that it was very close to the lake. It’s a hike - over 200 yards from the front door to the dock. The worst part is the house has an overwhelming mildew odor that permeated into everything. We assumed that the house had been unused for a while and that the smell would go away after running the AC for a few hours or a day - we were sadly mistaken. ##### Randy R.
