« My daughter’s sorority hosted a Mother’s weekend and I came out. This location was so great. It isn’t within walking distance, but fortunately I had access to a car. The property manager is very communicative. The space is so cute! The set up is so functional and cute. The bed is very comfortable (I usually do not sleep well while traveling) and I slept great. We were given the wrong password for wifi, there was 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2 like advertised, floor tiles were loose in upstairs hallway, soap dispenser was falling off wall, we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, missing one remote for tv, dishes were dirty in the cabinet. We contacted the service manager for remote, toilet paper and soap but got ni response. He did give us the correct wifi. »

"Personnel à peine aimable. J’ai réservé 3 nuits. La 2 eme journée on m’a démagnétisé ma clé me disant que j’avais annulé une nuit qui n’était pas remboursable donc je devais partir. Il était 16h. J’ai refusé en leur disant que je ne bougerai pas. Au bout d’un certain temps ils ont accepté que je reste si je partais tôt le lendemain. J’ai demandé quel était le prix. Ils m’ont dit rien car la nuit avait déjà été payée. Du vol. M’enlever une nuit sans prévenir ni rembourser. Voilà leur politique "
