"I was only there for a short stay and I get it's not in the greatest area. In the short time I has some free time I was hoping to get outside and enjoy some warm weather. The pool was getting cleaned and the pool area really was not that inviting. And while there was some outside space in front of the entrance it also was not that inviting. Maybe somehow isolating it with some plants or whatever from the vehicle noise and people waiting for rides would help. Just seemed like a smoking area to me."

"The ONLY place I stay in Scottsdale. I have 2 sons that reside in the area however this property is absolutely beautiful, plenty of amenities, DOG friendly, great food and pool, clean, friendly staff and a hidden gem. "

"Room was clean but very empty of ANY furniture. No phone n room for service. No smoke detectors. No clothes rack of any kind. Very poor flush toilet. NO hot water in room! Very poor showing for any pride in the location. Explains the $70. per night cost. Overall rating = 3 of 10, with 10 being excellent!"

"Always have a great stay here! I have no complaints. Rooms and hotel is very clean and comfortable. Food is great and the staff is very welcoming and professional. There are stores nearby such as cvs or circle k. "

"The hotel was great! Great location to walk around downtown Phoenix. The pool was basic but worked. 95% of the staff were great, especially the bar staff. There was one staff member that made a derogatory comment to my friends. They were taken aback & didn’t tell me until afterwards so I was unable to address it while on property. Other than this incident, I would stay here again. "

"Amazing! Very clean. Beautiful property! Great, friendly staff - total sweethearts. The pool was relaxing and fun. Wonderful signature cocktails. The food at the restaurant was so delicious! Pet friendly, with appropriate considerations for those with pet allergies. Great location - close to many restaurants and shopping. Very accommodating. Just a really thoughtful hotel and overall enjoyable atmosphere. My new favorite. "
