From the living room and the kitchen is a wonderful sight in all seasons. The apartment, equipped with INDEPENDENT HEATING, has a large kitchen, large living room, master bedroom and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, chairs and dining table allows you to live outdoors. 50 meters is the beach, partly rocky, partly (for more than 2 km) sandy and free use. At 300 meters it is the center of the village with bars, pizzeria, creperie, a few shops and services essential. A few miles away the baroque towns, UNESCO: Scicli (6km), Modica (15 km), Ragusa Ibla (25 km), Noto (40 km) and the archaeological sites of Syracuse, Pantalica and Piazza Armerina, Agrigento is 3 hour drive. Jun 7, 2019 Liked: Location Disliked: Listing accuracy #### Gute Lage, aber völlig veraltete Wohnung Trotz der schöne Lage und der suggestiven Bilder können wir diese Ferienwohnung NICHT empfehlen. Sie entspricht bei weitem nicht dem Standard, den man heute selbst bei einfachsten Ferienwohnungen erwartet, geschweige denn zu diesem Preis. In Kürze: Austattung veraltet, Einrichtung abgewohnt, ein vernachlässigtes Renditeobjekt, nur regelmäßig getüncht und oberflächlich aufgehübscht. Das Doppelbett verfügt über die einzige akzeptable Matratze, die anderen sind bis auf die Sprungfedern durchgelegen. Allein diese Tatsache hat uns (3 Erwachsene) fast zur Abreise bewogen. Die beiden Bäder sind auf dem Stand der 70er Jahre und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Eines ist lediglich ein umfunktionierter Waschraum, extrem schmal, mit verrosteter Waschmaschine und Wasserboiler, altem Wäschewaschbecken, losem Toilettendeckel und unbenutzbar verkalkter Dusche. Wir haben uns zu dritt ein Bad mit ebenfalls verrostetem Heizkörper geteilt. Unglaublich der Zustand der Küche: Verrostetes, unbenutzbares Abtropfgitter über der Spüle mit schmuddeligen Schwammtüchern kaschiert, Töpfe aufbewahrt in defektem Kühlschrank , keine Tasse mit passendem Teller, einfachstes Kochgeschirr und Besteck. Gekocht/gegessen haben wir hier nur dreimal in 10 Tagen. In einer adäquat ausgestatteten Küche hätten wir dies öfter getan. Die Beleuchtung in Küche und Wohnzimmer ist klinisch hell und ungemütlich, der Fernseher in Notebook-Größe, die Wohnung abends noch trostloser als am Tag. Im kühlen Mai 2019 lagen wir nur wenige Male am Strand. Es gab 3 brauchbare Liegestühle, aber keine Strandtücher. Die überdachte, schattige Terrasse ist nur für die heiße Jahreszeit geeignet. Bei teils 15 Grad Tagestemperatur war die Wohnung abends ausgekühlt, wärmende Zudecken nicht ausreichend vorhanden, die Heizung ausgeschaltet. Nicht ohne Zögern wurde sie durch die Eigentümerin eingeschaltet. Nach abendlichem Stromausfall war der völlig zugewachsene Sicherungskasten an der Hausaußenwand nur mit Hilfe der Eigentümerin auffindbar: Sie scheint freundlich bemüht, der offenkundigen Mängel jedoch nicht bewusst. Weitere Negativposten sind nicht funktionierende Schlösser und Klappläden, defekte Beleuchtungsmittel, fehlende Adapter für italienische Steckdosen, knappe Zahl an Hand- und Küchenhandtüchern ... Schade, dass ein schön gelegenes Objekt mit viel Potential so wenig angemessen für touristische Nutzung ausgestattet wurde. Bedauerlich, dass FeWo-direkt keine regelmäßigen Qualitätskontrollen vornimmt. ##### Marion C. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Bruno R. Jul 31, 2015 #### Traumhafter Urlaub Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung mit diesem traumhaften Ausblick rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen !!! Schade nur, dass wir das 3\. Schlafzimmer nicht nutzen konnten. Das Schlafsofa war nicht wirklich bequem. Es wäre schön, wenn auch dort 2 Einzelbetten stehen würden, dann wäre alles perfekt. Jul 20, 2013 #### abbiamo trovato la casa b... abbiamo trovato la casa bellissima, luminosa, molto spaziosa ed ampia e con una vista da sogno. Sembra di stare su una nave, con il mar mediterraneo incantevole ed azzurro a pochissimi metri, in stile Montalbano. La terrazza poi è splendida,i proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, persone squisite.
