A warm welcome awaits you at Ferienwohnung Walder. A quiet, modern 2 bedroom appartment in a family house, our accommodation offers you the perfect base to explore the Zillertal.

In winter, the Hörbergbahn is just 200m away (ca. 5 minutes walk) and takes you directly onto the Penken ski area. The bus stop to take you on the short journey to Mayrhofen or the train station is 150m away. A cross country ski track is also just a few minutes walk from our house, snow conditions permitting! The nearest restaurant/pizzeria is just 5 minutes walk (also open in summer).

In summer, walkers can join the woodland track just behind our house or cross the meadow in front of the house to reach the river and walking/cycling path. The train stations in Mayrhofen and Bichl are just a 20 minute walk away, giving you access to the whole of the Zillertal.

Our appartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, both with double beds (single duvets). Another guest can be accommodated in the kitchen/living area, on the comfortable pull-out sofa bed (optimal occupation is 4). The living area also has a dining table with corner bench and chairs, and a flat screen television with satellite and DVD Player, radio/CD/iPod Station, and WLan.

The fully-fitted kitchen has everything you need, including oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, Krups Dolce Gusto coffee machine (tabs not included), filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, cooking utensils, etc, etc! We even supply tea towels, washing-up liquid, cling film, foil, bin bags, baking paper...

The bathroom contains a bath and a shower, and the WC is seperate. We provide towels for our guests (1 per guest and changed midweek) and bedding with covers.

In the entrance to the house, you will find the guest cloakroom for your coats and shoes, and, in winter, we provide a ski/snowboard room with heated boot rack.

For our guests in summer there is a large furnished terrace with BBQ and a covered furnished decking area.

The price includes everything mentioned above, with the exception of the final cleaning and the Tourist Tax.

For families with young children, please contact us for details of discounts. We can also provide cots, highchairs, etc, with prior arrangement.
