This non-smoking accommodation is located on the first floor of a two-story building and offers 69 m² of living space, making it particularly suitable for families and small groups of up to six people, including two sleeping places designed for children. The apartment comprises two bedrooms with vinyl flooring, ensuring both comfort and easy maintenance. For young guests, a baby cot and a highchair are provided, and safety features such as a stair gate are available. Both bedrooms and the living room are also equipped with blackout blinds for restful sleep. The cozy living area features a sectional sofa, comfortable armchair, and a dining section with an ample table, inviting you to unwind after a day by the sea. The apartment provides four flat-screen TVs with satellite connection, suitable for multi-generational entertainment. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bietet alles was man braucht und ist ideal gelegen, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und einer kleinen Promenade mit netten Lokalen entfernt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der geflieste Boden in Flur und Küche, sehr praktisch für Strandheimkehrer und größere Hunde. Da die Wohnung vor Kurzem einen Eigentümerwechsel hatte, fehlen noch Kleinigkeiten, wie Wlan (für Erwachsene die Ruhe suchen sicher nicht schlimm, für unsere Kinder jedoch Ursache einer mittleren Krise). Trotzdem können wir die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und werden auch selbst immer wieder gerne dort hinkommen! ##### Jan-Volker P.
