Located in the scenic town of Schönsee, this spacious 5-bedroom apartment is perfect for large families or groups of up to 10 guests. Just 100m from the forest, it offers a peaceful setting with easy access to nature and nearby attractions. The home features two open kitchens, each fully equipped with a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer, plus two living-dining areas with satellite TV, ideal for shared meals and cozy evenings.  
  
Sleeping arrangements include three double bedrooms, two twin rooms, and three bathrooms, including one en-suite. The basement offers extra convenience with two toilets, a shared laundry room, and a relaxation area featuring paid sauna and solarium.  
  
Outside, enjoy a shared garden (1000+ m²) with play equipment, table football, terrace, grill, and garden furniture. Amenities include central heating, cot, parking, and proximity to restaurants (400m), skiing (20km), and day trips to Regensburg, Prague, and more.  
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
