« La chambre était correcte mais pour le nettoyage il y a beaucoup de progrès à faire. La douche n'était absolument pas nettoyée. Il y avait des traces jaunes au sol ainsi que de nombreux cheveux et des pills.... Ça laisse à désirer idem pour les couverts au buffet du petit déjeuner qui avaient plein de traces.. »

« Nicht empfehlenswert. Der Service unaufmerksam, im Wellnessbereich sichtbarer riesiger Schimmel, Zimmer zur Straße hin zu laut. Frühstück sehr einfach gehalten, Service beim Frühstück unterirdisch, man durfte nur in der einem bestimmten Bereich sitzen, in diesem wurde aber nicht neu eingedeckt , anderer Raum zwar eingedeckt aber an einem Tag sollten wir dort sitzen am nächsten Tag wurden wir unfreundlich angemeckert wir sollen doch im Hauptraum bleiben und Bescheid geben wenn wir keinen Platz...
