"Chose the hotel because it was near the centre and had parking available, I found the reception staff to be polite and very helpful, room was clean and tidy, bathroom was very clean and the shower was excellent, looked as if it had all been renewed recently. particularly liked the blue night light in the bathroom. "CitizenM was a dream! The anesthetic is so colourful and warmly invitiing. The Ambassadors go out their way to assist you and help in any way. Their courtesy, respect and helpfulness was always genuine. The girls were very knowledgeable about shopping and where to eat in the area and made great recommendations that helped make my trip so wonderfully complete! I would stay in this hotel again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to everyone!"
