L’hôtel est très isolé : aucun commerce ni restaurant à proximité, et il est assez loin du centre historique ainsi que des transports en commun. On est pratiquement obligé de souper sur place. Payer 25 € pour des pâtes carbonara ou bolognaises, c’est un peu exagéré. De plus, l’établissement empêche les livraisons de restaurants extérieurs. Notre chambre était située très loin de la réception, il fallait prendre deux ascenseurs pour y accéder. L’endroit était sombre et donnait une impression un peu « sketchy ». C’était peut-être un hôtel 4 étoiles il y a 15 ans, mais ce n’est plus le cas aujourd’hui. L’établissement semblait d’ailleurs presque désert. Le personnel n’est pas accueillant."
