Nestled on the tranquil island of Tholen, this exclusive apartment offers an idyllic setting with direct access to the Eastern Scheldt. The area is renowned for its tidal waters and thriving ecosystem, home to a rich variety of plant and animal species, creating a fascinating underwater world. From the apartment, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the estuary, with the water almost at your doorstep. The property features a private entrance, a prime location, parking nearby, and easy accessibility via an elevator.

You can access the second floor of the apartment complex via the lift or stairs located at the car park entrance. The bright and spacious living room features a large corner sofa positioned near the TV, which offers a wide selection of channels and Chromecast. The room is tastefully furnished and decorated with wallpaper showcasing iconic local landmarks, such as the Eastern Scheldt Barrier, the Zeeland Bridge, and the “The Drowned Villages in Colijnsplaat” monument. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette and an island layout, offering plenty of cabinet storage. A small bar area with seating for two complements the space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, including an induction stove, electric grill, combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, and a filter coffee machine. The round dining table, surrounded by comfortable chairs, seats four.  
  
Accessible from the living room, the spacious 28 m² terrace provides panoramic views of the Eastern Scheldt. Whether relaxing in the lounge area or dining at the table, you can fully enjoy the extraordinary view. The apartment, all on one level, features two bedrooms, each offering unobstructed views. Staying here feels like being aboard a cruise ship. The first bedroom contains a double bed (180 x 200 cm), reading lamps, a wardrobe, and a television. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a chair, a reading lamp, and a wardrobe. The generously sized bathroom includes a shower, a sink with upper and lower cupboards, a storage cabinet with a mirror, and a hairdryer. The toilet is located in a separate room. Adjacent to the living room, the storage room houses a washing machine and dryer. For families with young children, a folding cot (60 x 120 cm) and a high chair are provided. Up to two pets are welcome in the apartment. The property includes a designated parking space, with additional parking available in the large car park. The car park also accommodates boat trailers, and there's a charging station for electric vehicles. Bicycles can be securely stored and charged in the locked storage room on the lower floor.  
   
   
  
The accommodation is located on the island of Tholen, which is characterized by peace and space. Built on the tip of a pier at the foot of the Oosterschelde, you have a unique holiday location near the largest and wettest National Park in the Netherlands. This location is also perfect for diving, there is a diving school and the Oosterschelde is the backdrop for beautiful diving locations. There is also a compressed air filling station for divers at the bottom of the dike at the camping site De Zeester. Do you prefer to stay above water? In the summer months, take a trip with the foot ferry to Yerseke. Or discover all the beauty on this island on foot, by bike, or by scooter. So there is plenty to do on the Oosterschelde, both above and underwater. On the ground floor of the complex, Brasserie de Zeester is within easy reach for a delicious lunch or dinner,  
  
Daily arrivals are allowed, except on Sundays. During holiday periods, weekly rentals apply.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is available from 4:00 PM. On departure day, the property must be vacated by 9:30 AM, and the key should be returned to the location where it was initially collected.Baby cots, if available, do not include bed linen. Please bring your bedding for the cot.Bed linen and towels are generally provided, but you can check your booking details to confirm.Overnight visitors must be registered and are only allowed to stay after receiving approval. This includes payment for bed linen and tourist tax.Pets may be permitted, as stated in the property details. Please inquire about this option.
