### Lodge near Brouwersdam & North Sea Beach

This detached, single-storey lodge is located on the car-free holiday park of the Brouwersdam Beach Resort, which opened in 2023, on the edge of the village of Scharedijke. The holiday park is located near Brouwersdam, the beautiful North Sea beaches are easy to reach, and the Grevelingenmeer is within walking distance. The lodge is modern and fully equipped. In the living room you will find a TV with streaming functions. This allows you to stream apps from your tablet or phone to the TV via your own accounts. The open kitchen includes a combination microwave and a dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, which may be set up as a double. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms have a sink and share a bathroom with a shower. There is also a separate toilet. On hot days, the air conditioning provides extra comfort. Outside you will find a terrace with garden furniture and three sun loungers. You can park your car in the holiday park's central car park. At the Beach Resort Brouwersdam holiday park, various lodges and tiny houses can be booked for two to six people.  
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat. For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 50 p..p. / 500 p.p. may apply. If boat rental is included at the accommodation, or if the stay coincides with local fairs and festivals, a security deposit may be charged.
