Il Tramonto is a beautiful Small resort nestled in the Italian countryside, surrounded by fields and located just 5 km from the center of Scarlino and 3 km from the sea. This serene vacation rental offers a tranquil escape from city life, with 6 apartments available for rent within the residence. Guests can enjoy a well-kept garden with lush green lawns and beautiful plants, as well as a large seasonal swimming pool measuring 16 x 6 meters, complete with a children's pool and outdoor shower. Other amenities include a yard, internet WiFi, parking facilities, and the option for an installment plan payment.  
  
Outdoors:  
The resort boasts a stunning outdoor area, featuring a well-maintained garden with lush green lawns and beautiful plants. Guests can indulge in al fresco dining with the provided grill, perfect for barbecues. The highlight of the outdoor space is the large seasonal swimming pool, measuring 16 x 6 meters and available for use from May 30th to October 1st, complemented by a children's pool and outdoor shower.

For added convenience, the resort offers internet access and WiFi, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer available for an additional fee. Breakfast can also be arranged for an extra charge. You will be staying at Il Tramonto, a vacation home located on the ground floor. It features a 3-room terraced house, measuring 54 square meters. The living/sleeping room is furnished with a double sofa bed, dining table, and satellite TV, with an exit leading to the terrace. There is one double bedroom and another room with two beds, each measuring 80 cm. The small, open kitchen is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom is complete with a shower, bidet, and toilet.

Il Tramonto offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It is equipped with heating and air-conditioning systems to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your vacation. The terrace is roofed and furnished with outdoor furniture, providing a panoramic view of the surroundings. Additionally, the vacation home features a safe, a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and free WiFi internet access.
