Adequate outdoor patio space for relaxing outdoors mornings and evenings. 6 bedrooms in main house, with two additional bedrooms, bath, kitchenette and small LR in separate, attached apartment - convenient for family members who would benefit from having their own space. Each family was able to have their space, with room to set up porta cribs. Super close to the beach and restaurants, but still being a peaceful area. We brought extra gates for stairways. We utilized all the spaces: nights around the fire pit, meals around the table, watching the rain from the covered deck and porch. Tracey was a great communicator for any questions.
