Enjoy a stay by the coast in this beautifully renovated home and boasting private hot tub. You are in a great location with just a 5-minute walk to Peasholm Park and a 10-minute walk to town and beach.. Ground Floor:

Scratch card parking permit for 1 car, extra permits on request. No smoking.. This is the perfectly positioned property for guests looking to explore Scarborough. Nearby attractions within walking distance also include the open-air theatre, the Alpamare Water Park and numerous lovely restaurants and cafés. This home from home is perfect for a family getaway in sunny Scarborough.  
  
This house has been beautifully furnished throughout to a high standard, with a playful burst of colour as well as little reminders of the coastal destination such as the beautiful local landscapes and seascapes adorning the walls. The open plan living and dining room with two sumptuous sofas, invites you to unwind together in an evening. There is also a large dining table beneath pendant lighting where you can socialise over dinner, this is a great social space. The kitchen is well equipped, with a door leading out onto the patio which boasts your own private hot tub. Upstairs you have two bedrooms - a kingsize and a double making this property versatile for families as well as for couples.  
  
Seaside Escapes is located on a quiet residential street. At the bottom of the street, you find a small supermarket, a great sandwich shop, a lovely café and an award-winning fish & chips shop! Opposite the shops is the entrance to Peasholm Park, which is perfect for a walk in the sun and offers boat rides on the lake. 10 minutes from this wonderful holiday home lies the Scarborough North Bay with its beautiful sandy beach. Especially great for children are attractions like the Scarborough North Bay Railway and the Scarborough Sky Trail Adventure. Enjoy the sea views while spending some fun time with your family at crazy golf or enjoy an ice cream at the café.  
  
You will find great options for shopping in the town centre which is just a 15-minute walk away. In this neighbourhood you are spoiled for choice when it comes to fun summer activities. Beyond Scarborough you have the incredible coastline to discover, with Bempton Cliffs, Fileys long golden beach and Bridlington in the south and Robin Hood’s Bay, Whitby and Sandsend to the north. They all make idyllic days out.
