### Spacious Apt near Guthrie/Packer

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Walking distance to Guthrie/Robert Packer Hospital.  
  
Close to: Elmira, Waverly, Nichols, Owego, etc  
You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally location. Nearby attractions include: MASCO, Hancore, State Line Auction, Elmira College & many parks. Many restaurants, shops and pubs are within a short walk. My favorites include: Yanuzzis/Angry Burrito/1883  
  
Enjoy this spacious-appealing home. It has 1 roomy, relaxing bedroom equipped with 2 queen beds and a sitting area with a pullout sofa, comfortable living room and a spacious fully-equipped kitchen for meal preparation. If you are traveling alone or with a small group, the place is excellent for a relaxing, comfortable stay on a low budget.  
  
Free, safe parking available at the end of the Lockhart St and Lehigh Ave. From 9-5 parking in front of the building is metered. Street parking is free from 5 pm to 9AM  
  
No one has access to the home except for myself, my fiance and son who may access the home during the day. I will be available if needed. I have a small office in the home & will be there on occasion or stop to say hello.  
  
I am available as needed.  
  
Downtown business/residential area bordering Waverly and Athens area. Many shops and restaurants within 1 block. The Robert Packer/Guthrie Hospital is 2 blocks away.  
  
Located within the business district and walkable to many restaurants and shops. 2 blocks from the Robert Packer Hospital/Guthrie. Metered parking from 8-5 Monday through Friday.  
  
THE NEIGHBORHOOD  
Downtown business/residential area which borders surrounding small towns of Waverly and Athens

No one has access to the home except for myself, my fiance, property manager, maintenance people and son who may access the home during the day. I will be available if needed. I have a small office in the home & will be there on occasion to restock or stop to say hello.
