This place was affordable, pet friendly and not far at all for our needs. Paul was very communicative, and Shannon was very quick to respond to any questions we may have had. Saylorsburg Pizza is a 2 minute walk from the front door, and their food is delicious! Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. ##### Thomas S. Included everything you might want, although we were out all days at the Wind Gap Bluegrass Festival and never cooked. Large comfortable living room with two sofas. Had TVs in every room. We found the mattress in the master bedroom too saggy and asked our host to please make up the king bed in the other room. That bed was fine. Response was immediate and friendly. The apartment was sweet and simple, the property behind the house is pretty to look at, a small pond and a little river off to the side. We were provided with plenty of utensils and toiletries. Very easy to find, what I can say is that if you’re a light sleeper like myself, bring ear plugs because the traffic is frequent most hours of the night and can be very noisy. The house creaks a bit but nothing you don’t get used to fairly quickly. Also a very convenient location, very close by to anything we need The property manager Paul was very responsive and incredibly considerate, a storm was rolling through and he called us to make sure we were aware and prepared just in case we got the worst case scenario. There is a fire pit but the view to the stream is overgrown, the ponds are drained, the grass wasn’t mowed and I’m not sure where you’re taking a “quiet” walk to. Just be aware the this is not a private area and I found the description and the pictures to be extremely misleading. There are neighbors on all sides and a very busy 24 hour veterinarian across the street. ##### Jen P.
