"L’isolation phonique de la chambre est très médiocre, tant par le vitrage utilisé que par la porte de chambre mitoyenne. On entend à la fois les bruits de la rue et les voisins. Pas de nettoyage journalier de la chambre. "

"Ascenseur en panne depuis plusieurs semaines (séjour déjà en mai 2025) et toujours pas réparé, il faut parfois attendre pres de 10mn pour pouvoir accéder au seul ascenseur disponible , cartes d'acces aux chambres qui se démagnétisent en permanence obligeant de repasser à la réception quotidiennement. 2 problèmes à régler de toute urgence"
