A lovely well equipped, clean, modern static with excellent heating, showers, large range cooker, American style fridge freezer, wine chiller, kitchen island, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery you could ever need, nice decking area with table and chairs, flatscreen tv, fast and stable WiFi, towels and comfy clean bedding basically everything you need for a nice relaxing getaway. Local town Saxmundham has a good range of takeaways and shops Waitrose and Tesco are a good size with plenty of range.
