The living area combines a sleeping space with a double sofa bed measuring 160 cm, a dining table, and a satellite TV. This area leads out to a balcony. Another room features a French bed measuring 160 cm. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower room with a bidet and a toilet. On the top floor, you will find an additional room with sloping ceilings and a rooflight, containing a bed measuring 80 cm and a separate toilet. The property boasts a balcony with furniture, offering beautiful panoramic views of the mountains and countryside.
