This idyllic rental property, featuring immaculate ocean views and breathtaking sunsets, has everything perfectly in place to turn this trip to Costa Rica into your best vacation ever. With aplomb, this brand-new vacation villa entered the rental market to kick off 2022, featuring meticulous attention to both design and detail. Privately gated, you’ll arrive into a tranquil, resort-style courtyard. This prime location atop Lagunas mountain in Dominical, dotted along Costa Rica’s southern Pacific coastline, offers a full retreat from the stressors of everyday life. Wildlife is plentiful at Tulü Azul. There are toucans and parrots cruising in the skyline, howler and white-face monkeys swinging from vines in the jungle canopy above, blue Morpho butterflies flapping in the breeze, and various species of frogs hopping from pad to pad. With four bedrooms and four and a half baths, Tulü Azul is tucked into a lush mountainside and offers the ideal location to pamper yourself and enjoy the finer details of life. And when you’re done with that precious downtime, you can take adventurous 4x4 road trips from the property to multiple rivers in the surrounding valley. The well-manicured courtyard, complete with a mature Mango tree in the middle, welcomes guests and leads up to the villa entrance. The facade is adorned with a pair of unique hand-carved stone reliefs, featuring turtles, dolphins, tropic fish, and corral along the walkway. Walking into the main living area, replete with floor-to-ceiling sliding-glass doors and panoramic windows, it’s difficult to pull your eyes away from the expansive valley of rainforest, stretching from the ridge of Lagunas down to the shores of the Pacific. The only thing between you and the ocean view is a stunning infinity pool, giving guests a bird’s-eye view of Costa Rica’s most inspiring natural landscapes. The stylish living room has ample seating, a wooden coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. On the other side of the living area is the fully appointed and state-of-the-art kitchen, equipped with a five-burner stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Beautiful wood cabinets brighten the kitchen. A sleek, white countertop creates a clean, spacious, and modern feel at the kitchen bar, where four bar stools offer guests plenty of space to watch the chef work. Graystone floors expand out from the living room into an outdoor patio and pool deck oasis, where a big-boy BBQ and chilly wine refrigerator make this a premier spot in Central America to enjoy any meal. Whether you’re cooking inside or out, you’ll be able to do so while gazing over the rainforest and enjoying endless coastline views that stretch north toward Manuel Antonio National Park. The outdoor dining table accommodates eight. An additional set of lounge chairs are set up on the palapa viewing deck, which offers epic ocean and jungle views, as well as an outdoor shower. This palapa is perfect for a morning yoga session or an afternoon cocktail. You can just feel the energy of the jungle while sitting on that deck. It’s magical. The infinity pool produces resort-level relaxation. You may never want to leave this pool unless you’re heading to the wine fridge for a refill. The master suite is located on the main level, with multiple sliding glass doors opening out onto a wrap-around deck. It has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and a gorgeous spa-like bathroom that feels like your own mini-wellness sanctuary. Featuring a sleek, stone walk-in shower with dual overhead rain showerheads, you’ll feel as if you’ve been whisked away to bathe under a waterfall. The private balcony off the master bath has an outdoor shower -- literally under the trees -- to tie a bow around this complete jungle-shower experience. The seamless indoor/outdoor flow is tastefully accentuated with subtle features; various zen-inspired art pieces and beautifully selected and framed local nature photography are tastefully placed throughout. You may notice several of the photos, taken by the villa’s owner, illuminate the nearby landscapes you’ll be able to experience first-hand while visiting. The inviting spaces never end at Tulü Azul, where an abundance of natural light filters through the large windows on each side of the home, bringing the soft rays of sunrise and the glowing sunset to every area. Remote-controlled window coverings ensure you won’t even have to get out of bed to witness the early-morning activity of the birds soaring past the villa. The second level features a pair of bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and ocean views from any location. The other bedroom features two single beds that can be converted to a king depending on your group needs, an AC unit, desk, and an en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom on the property is separated from the main house, offering additional privacy but keeping the same unparalleled views of the ocean and jungle. Additional amenities include a personal gym located off the courtyard entrance with a bathroom and shower, featuring yoga equipment and free weights. The Pacific Ocean is 15 minutes by 4x4 vehicle, with great opportunities for surfing, kayaking, fishing, and SUP tours. For an athletic, high-energy type, it’s an absolutely ideal location to vacation. A full-size laundry room with a washer and dryer is located on the main floor. The property has an outdoor security camera system, and parking for four vehicles, with two of those spaces being under the covered garage overhang. Simply put, Tulü Azul has some serious star power.
