Step through to the covered outdoor dining and sitting area, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Admire the custom-made Indonesian armoire, a stylish haven for your wardrobe, complete with a safe for your valuable belongings. New bug-free screened in porch off the master bedroom, great to watch the sunset. Our home also boasts two guest bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The first guest room, a mini-master, beckons with a king-sized bed and spectacular views of Savannah Sound. The accompanying full bathroom, featuring a shower and bathtub combination. The second guest bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed, an elegant armoire, and a bathroom with a refreshing shower. Wake up to stunning views of the pool area and Savannah Sound, feeling truly immersed in the island's natural beauty. We have a well-equipped laundry room. Included is a fresh water hot/cold machine. A washer/dryer combination and storage shelves are also at your disposal, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Stepping outside to the back of our house the swimming pool beckons. (IF DESIRED, THE POOL CAN BE HEATED FOR $50 PER DAY.) Relax in the plush European-styled poolside lounge chairs or the cozy cabanas.
