About one mile from downtown. The couch was very old, uncomfortable, and falling apart. Made it difficult to relax together and watch tv. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had almost everything needed except the knives were all dull which made it difficult to cut things and we cooked often. Good location The house was great and very spacious. While only 4 beds, there are three couches that are wide enough for sleeping. 5 of us slept comfortably. It’s within walking distance of all the spots most people go to when visiting Savannah but right on the edge so we used uber half the time. 15-25 min walk or 5 min uber to downtown. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are nice. Living room and kitchen area are open and good space to hangout.The house is on very quiet street and walking to downtown wasn’t sketchy at all including in the middle of the night. Plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor wrap around porch was the best as the weather was just beautiful for early morning coffee or evening cocktails. The evenings were a little cooler sleeping and one of the guest rooms could have used a heavier blanket as it was a little chilly sleeping. The only thing missing that we would have really liked were some games available to play as a group.
