The unit was located on the bottom floor a historic home. The Murph looked to be newly renovated and was in great shape. There are multiple dinning options close by and a great coffee shop. Street parking can be picked over but with a little patience we were able to find parking. There is a parking garage near by as well. We could hear our neighbors in the unit above walking around at times but were able to get a goodnights rest.
