When you walk in, there is a foyer and you need to walk up a flight of stairs. The downstairs is a separate rental so you share the front porch which only has 2 chairs. The outside could use some love, decking, railing etc rotting and needs to be replaced. The inside is nicely done and has everything you need. Parking is street but we never had an issue.
