The Queen size bed is dressed in hotel grade linens, professionally pressed between each visit. With two large closets and a standing chest of drawers, you're encouraged to unpack your suitcase and even consider extending your stay. It was set up very well, clean, neat and the bed was so soft and comfortable. The freezer needs 2 or 4 new ice trays for ice and the shower needs new sprayer with a good hose with greater water pressure. We just needed to turn around twice to get fully wet. The biggest thing to update is the picture on website shows the building in front of the one we were staying and it is not marked very well. My overall experience was excellent. I was thrilled with the price and the interior pictures match the description. The exterior looked a little sketchy at first, but it really didn’t bother me because the inside looked nice and charming. It wasn’t cleaned to perfection. It could use a deep cleaning, but overall it was still clean enough for my enjoyment. I do wish it had a couch/living room, but that’s okay.. you kind of pay for what you get. Overall, it was great and I would still recommend it to anyone on a budget that wants to enjoy the historic area. The location was great - within walking distance to everything, but at the edge so you could still get a quiet night's rest. Everything that was needed was supplied - clean towels, small kitchen appliances and dishes/utensils, and a washer/dryer with detergent. The only drawback was the overall cleanliness of the space. Empty bottles from the previous guests were left under the bed, tabletops/mantle were dirty, and the walls/ceiling had noticeable stains. We were not sure if the stains were red wine or something else, but it would be an easy thing to fix so future guests do not have to look at them - especially the ones above the bed. ##### Christina K. The place was clean and decor matched perfectly pictures from site, we really also enjoyed to seat out at little balcony overlooking courtyard while drinking some wine. So at night, it literally lights up the whole room. You will definitely need an eye mask if you want to sleep. Owners need to put black out curtains on those windows. The light issue ruined my first night and not being able to sleep. But I would say the bed was very comfortable note: that the sheets kept coming off the bed. Drove me a little crazy. Bed pillows very comfortable, cute quaint room with great courtyard to sit outside and have your morning coffee. ##### Krista K. Well let’s start by saying the check in process was terrible. Had a hard time finding correct lock box. And I was given two different codes so it was very frustrating. But once we got past that the place was great. Good location for walking to most attractions. Cute little court yard to sit in for breakfast or evening cocktail. However on second story there must be thin walls, we could often hear people in streets talking and walking by. Yelling woke us up one morning. Parked on street with no issue, had to move my car a time or two due to sweeping but not a huge issue. And I should also add there were no forks in the unit, that was pretty inconveniencing. We had knives and spoons but zero forks. Overall we had a good stay and would return. ##### Ashley G.
